Our Workflow inBhāratīya Jñāna Saritā

  1. Submission by Author

Authors submit articles via the Bhāratīya Jñāna Saritā submission form, adding metadata (title, abstract, keywords, contributors, references) and uploading the main file + supplements (figures, datasets, ethics statements).

  2. Initial Checks (Desk Screening)

The editorial team screens for scope, completeness, formatting, originality/plagiarism and basic ethics compliance. Submissions outside scope or missing essentials may be returned for technical revision.

  3. Peer Review

Suitable submissions are sent for double-blind review through Bhāratīya Jñāna Saritā. Reviewers evaluate significance, methods, clarity, and references, then recommend accept, minor/major revision, or reject.

  4. Author Revisions

Authors upload revised files and a response-to-reviewers document. Editors may send additional review rounds if needed.

  5. Editorial Decision

Editors decide based on reviews and revisions. Accepted articles move to production.

  6. Copyediting

Language, style, references, figures, and compliance are refined collaboratively within Bhāratīya Jñāna Saritā (author–copyeditor–editor rounds).

  7. Typesetting & Layout

Articles are composed into publication formats (PDF/HTML) with article styling, correct citation styles, and accessibility checks.

  8. Proofreading

Final proofs are shared with authors in Bhāratīya Jñāna Saritā. Only minor corrections are expected at this stage.

  9. Publication & Indexing

The article is scheduled in an issue or published ahead-of-print. Bhāratīya Jñāna Saritā registers DOIs (if enabled) and exposes metadata for indexing.
